THE KING WHO COULD NOT STOP THE SEA BUT STEMMED THE VIKING TIDE ON ENGLAND'S SHORES'
Sea levels are rising and there is only one way to reverse that. Sea water must be converted to -
- so destroying some of that sea water.
Hydrogen, being such a small atom, leaks out of storage; with this invention the hydrogen is produced, moved and used in a continuing flow to reduce storage time, so reducing the leakage. The hydrogen will be produced by electrolysis with electricity from wind turbines; the back up prime energy sources will be photo voltaic/CIGS, and methane. When the supply of hydrogen is too low, methane will be used for the electricity/electrolysis (methane is 80% hydrogen). Methane will be purchased and stored in the usual way. It is inevitable that some hydrogen will escape from the distribution network. Hydrogen is not a greenhouse gas – like methane is – that escaping hydrogen will rise through the atmosphere and stratosphere to enter the Exosphere and some will leak into outer space and permanently leave Planet Earth so reducing the sea water on Earth. It may take about a million Permatricity Power Installations and Networks to significantly lower sea levels – and that will take time – so other steps must also be taken in the short term. High Rise Residential Wind Management Structures will use reverse osmosis and electro dialysis to convert sea water to fresh water and pump that water inland to sealed dams or to the tanks of other High Rise Residential Wind Management Strauctures. (Sea water may be used if preferred) Fig 2 Fig, 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 8 Dual Delivery System Hydro-electricity will be produced from the dams and the high tanks. A hydraulic grid with Hydro-electric generators will provide electricity to customers as required. Some Vertical Axis Wind Turbines in Wind Management Structures will use electrolysis to make Hydrogen and Oxygen from the water exhausted by the Hydro-electric generators. The Hydrogen will be piped to hydrogen/methane engines to generate electricity as required by customers AND to filling stations for hydrogen automobiles. Poly tunnels convert the exhaust gases into trees, plants and good air. The Oxygen is piped to coal fired steam turbines to generate electricity as required by customers. An air blower super heats the coal. The exhaust is contained in a metal pipe that circles around and takes the hot gases back to a second coal fired steam turbine - the Oxygen is added to burn the gases and coal better. The gas exhausts and the steam are mixed in a long poly tunnel; fresh air comes out at the far end. The invention Using poly pipe hydraulics, instead of copper cables, to deliver energy via hydro-electricity is new. Wind Management Structures can be built almost everywhere, therefore hydrogen and oxygen can be produced from wind and water almost everywhere. The hydrogen and oxygen will be destroyed by making electricity as required. The network will consist of a great many producers and a multitude of users. Some producers may also be users. Meters will calculate the debits and credits. Sea water is permanently destroyed. The Duel Use Some Wind Management Structures need to have large wind deflecting walls that are also attractive high rise residential apartments and business premises. To attract people, the large wind chambers, with various types of vertical axis wind turbines; will have some turbines configured for extreme sports and activities. This is a new invention. The priority is on the entertainment provided; accordingly, a wind turbine being used for entertainment is stopped or slowed as required by the patron – these turbines only pump water to storages at higher levels - so stopping and starting the pumping does not affect the smooth supply of hydro-electricity electricity to the customers. Balancing the Energy Sources Hydro-electricity and Hydrogen/Methane driven generators supply the customers with the flick of a switch. Coal/Oxygen/Steam generators require a heat-up period when starting - and also supply the customers with electricity. Wind, photo voltaic, and, CIGS, are prime sources of renewable energy but are intermittent and only used for reverse osmosis/electro dialysis, and, to pump water into storage dams and tanks that are used for Hydro-electricity, and, to make hydrogen and oxygen with electrolysis. This invention will reverse climate change and can be put into production immediately. When Global Warming is sufficiently reversed, more sunflowers etc will be grown hydroponicly in the Wind Deflectors - to run more bio-diesel vehicles and fewer hydrogen vehicles.
