Permatri City can be built in the many areas of the World where Climate Change may flood the ground with rising sea levels and more rainfall..  

Like Surfers Paradise, the land will be fairly flat and have some sea coast.   We will use the Permatricity Wind Management Structure invention to defend against sea erosion, to generate electricity to provide accommodateion and to provide an extreme sport facility..

Car parking in towers will not only be free for electric and hydrogen cars, but free electricity  will be supplied to parked cars to top up batteries   A very good ring road will be free to methane,hydrogen, biodiesel and electric car users, but Congestion Charges, at the rates imposed by London, will be charged to all other motor vehicle drivers   

Car parking outside the ring route will be provided for petrol and diesel vehicles where people may transfer to their electric cars and bicycles. . 

Trains will be methane/hydrogen-electric.  The railway station will be in a tower.  All towers, a harbor and an airport will be connected by electric buses.  There will be fountains, museums and aquariums.   

The towers will not only be used for the car parking and rail scheme but also for luxury apartments and for businesses.  Good views and safety from floods will be the features.  It is important to build very attractive towers so that people will pay a higher price to be in them.

Normal buildings, stadiums, gardens, and parks will be in the spaces between the towers.

To deliver electricity to consumers, low voltage electricity is generated,   As a back up, methane and pulverized coal will be used with a Permatricity invention to clean the exhausts from the generators.  The back up generators will be in the vicinity of a ring road and farming land.

Low voltage will be standard, perhaps as low as 12V but not above 110V.   Consumers may transform up to the dangerous 240V to use existing appliances, but the safe low voltages will be encouraged.    

There will be no local taxes; this is a Corporate City Plan, the sale of electricity and hydrogen will pay all running costs and return a profit.

We form a company, Permatricity Limited and  make planning applications to local governments to build wind barns.  We give shares to people denied insurance, who have lost their homes to the sea and to floods.
